On February 17, 2026, the HOA Board passed a resolution formally adopting a Capital Improvement Fee that will be part of the HOA strategy for maintaining an adequate capital reserve fund. The document has been posted on the Official Documents page of the HOA website.  

Although the pool heater is usually turned off from December 1st through the end of February, the pool heater has been turned on a bit earlier this year. Watch this Announcements and News Posts page for any updates regarding pool operations.

The Board has announced that there will be an open Board meeting at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 17, 2026 at the pool area. The meeting is open to all homeowners and residents of the HOA.  Both an Agenda and the February 17, 2026 Finance Update are now available.
