John Vitale, Chairman of the Sunrise Canyon HOA Landscape Committee, wants to share the following information with the residents of our community:
The HOA’s landscaping contractor, Yellowstone Landscape, has changed its weekly service day to Thursdays for the general maintenance of our Common Areas. As of now, they will no longer be on site on Fridays (which has been the practice for the past several years). This change is effective immediately.
A Landscaping Rotation Map, showing the scheduled service areas by week of the month, has been developed. A link to the map, which shows street names and address numbers for easier reference, has been posted on the Landscaping and Landscape Committee page of our website.
