This is a reminder that, earlier this month, HOA Treasurer Mark Happ sent out invoices for semi-annual dues payments. Payments of $880.00 are due by July 1, 2026.

According to the CC&R’s, any regular assessment not paid within 30 days of the due date is considered delinquent, and additional charges of up to 10% of the amount due may be assessed
