At the HOA Special Meeting on June 11, 2022, the Special Assessment of $2,200 was approved by the HOA owners. The minutes of the meeting, which includes the results of the ballot on the Special Assessment, are available on the HOA Financial Matters page of this website.
The Board has proposed a Special Assessment fee to help catch up on deferred maintenance of many of the Sunrise Canyon HOA capital assets. The amount of the proposed special assessment is $2,200.
