This is a reminder that, earlier this month, HOA Treasurer Mark Happ sent out invoices for semi-annual dues payments. Payments of $880.00 are due by January 1, 2026.

According to the CC&R’s, any regular assessment not paid within 30 days of the due date is considered delinquent, and additional charges of up to 10% of the amount due may be assessed

On another matter, I have had two recent requests for the password necessary to open the Community Directory on the Community Information page of our website. In May of this year, I announced the password was changing, I and sent out text messages with the new password.
