On May 2, 2022 the Sunrise Canyon Board of Directors issued a letter laying out the strategy for developing adequate reserves to fund the HOA’s capital needs. It is important that all Sunrise Canyon homeowner’s read this May 2nd Reserve Funding letter as it specifies the ways in which homeowners are going to contribute money in the next 12 months to implement the strategy.
