The Sunrise Neighborhood Assistance Program (SNAP) has announced that it will end all services and programs by December 31, 2021.
SNAP has been assisting and supporting older adults to remain in their homes as long as possible as they age. The social distancing required during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic forced SNAP to cease or curtail most services and programs. Even before COVID, however, SNAP saw a dwindling demand for services. This diminished demand has led to SNAP’s decision to close. To see the notice that SNAP has asked be available to all foothills residents, click here.
