Yesterday (Sunday, April 20th), Allan Wright intended to send me a text asking that I send out the following message to those on the HOA email distribution list. Unfortunately, his text request did not get to me. So, I must apologize for the lateness of this notification.

Syd, it would be good if you would send out a notice letting people know that the spa heater and the pool heater are both off and did not get fixed on Friday. Tell the residents we will let them know when they’re both up and running. The water is OK to go in, but it’s cold. Thank you. Allan
