Dear Sunrise Canyon Homeowner,
Your HOA Board is pleased to announce that we will be sealcoating our roads during the first two weeks of
April. Bates Paving and Sealing, the company who repaved our streets in 2023, will be performing the work. Please read the following notice below.
General Information
o The work will be performed in two Thursday (all day) – Friday (morning) phases.
o Work on E. Via Vigna, N. Via Agrifoglio and E. Via Rosmarino will be performed on April 3rd and in the morning on April 4th.
o Work on N. Strada De Rubino will be performed on April 10 and in the morning on April 11th.
o Similar to when we had our paving work done, all vehicles must be removed from the streets by 7 a.m. on the day the work is scheduled and not return until noon the next day.
o Striping will take place the next day after each seal coating section.
o Vehicles parked on the dates scheduled in your area will be towed at your expense.
o Access will not be allowed in the work area until work has been completed and Bates removes
the barricades.
