Dues Reminder
This is a reminder that, earlier this month, HOA Treasurer Mark Happ sent out invoices for semi-annual dues payments. Payments of $830.00 are due by January 1, 2025. Payments should be sent to:

Holiday Trash Collection Schedule
A link to the website of Waste Connections of Arizona, our trash service provider, can be found in the Trash Service Information document posted on the Sunrise Canyon Community Information page of our website. If you click on that Waste Connections link, you will find information regarding holiday-related changes to our trash collection schedule. It shows that Christmas week and New Year’s week collections will occur on Thursday instead of Wednesday.
