Some folks were wondering about the construction trucks using Via Vigna and wanted me to post some information. I asked Allan Wright, President of the HOA, to give me some information that I could pass along. Allan’s response: “Syd, I know you were at the annual meeting when I talked about the situation there I know there were a lot of people that weren’t there need to know too. They did not get permission to start the project but after they did, I did talk to the homeowner And told him he was gonna be responsible for repairing the area that they had disturbed, which he agreed to he also said there would be more trucks coming hopefully next week they’ll have a cement truck and that may be the end of it. It has been a big project over there. I’ll try to keep you more informed when I know the following time has come.”
