The Sunrise Canyon HOA Annual Meeting will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 2, 2025 near the pool in the HOA Community Area. The agenda for the meeting and materials for the meeting are available on the HOA Matters page of the HOA website.
As is the case at every Annual Meeting, it marks the end of the term of one of the three members of the HOA Board, and the election for that Board seat will be held during the Annual Meeting. This year, that seat is the one currently held by Mark Happ, who is the HOA Treasurer. Mark is interested in continuing to serve on the Board and is standing for reelection.
