Because of the Covid-19 pandemic, the Board of Directors has decided to use electronic procedures to conduct the HOA Annual Meeting. Here is the Board’s letter to the members of the Homeowners Association.

Dear Sunrise Canyon Homeowner Association Neighbors:
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and out of an abundance of caution, we will not be having our annual Homeowners Association meeting in November. Instead, we will conduct the meeting in electronic format. We will provide an update from the architectural review committee, the landscaping committee, the pool committee and any old business. We will also provide the Treasurers Report, the minutes from the last meeting and responses to any questions we receive. This will be sent to you via email at the end of October and posted on the Sunrise Canyon HOA Matters page of our website. After receiving this report, you will be given two weeks to ask any questions and to vote. Once we receive the questions and the votes, we will respond to the questions and notify you of our new Board Member.
In the meantime, if you are interested in serving on the Board (there is one seat up for election for a three-year term), please send your notice of interest to Shelby at firstname.lastname@example.org by October 15th.
Also, if you have any questions that you would like the Board to address in our annual report, please also send those to Shelby by the 15th.
We are sorry we will not be able to meet in person but think we can accomplish the goal of the annual meeting in this manner.
